simple question: Do I put there what I did in high school if it's irrelevant?
Well, in my eyes it's irrelevant to write down I followed "industrial sciences" on a CV mainly for IT, no?

Generally if you have enough relevant work experience you may start to push off mention of secondary school.
However if there is room, honours, certificates or successful projects (i.e. completed project X where for the head IT of the school and received high marks) will be the thing to put rather than "graduated some class with well regarded grades"

High school is usually something not worth mentioning if you have anything better you can list.

I know I'm an oddball when it comes to this sort of thing, but I don't mention education really at all. Except for a few certifications (which are, oddly enough, not specifically related to what I apply for these days).
I don't have a whole lot of formal training, and I'm a high school dropout. =)
After 9 years in the industry (Software Development), with a glowing track record in terms of professional accomplishments, and a wide range of experience, it's no longer an issue for discussion. It never comes up. I rarely even mention my previous IT experience to be honest.
On the other hand, I have 2.5 pages on my professional resume strictly detailing work experience and professional accomplishments. I don't really want to hand a prospective employer a book either...
Anyways, Even if I had my Grade 12, I probably wouldn't put it on my resume.
