I need a regular "Honest" programmer that is farmilar with Magento, and can speak fluent english, for ongoing work, and set prices (not hourly).
Is anyone farmiliar with the Magento?

Looking at their site, you probably aren't going to find anyone unless they happen to use Magento themselves. The fact that the product wants to SELL a manual separate from the product tends to make me question what they're doing. You sell a product, and then want to sell the manual for your product as well? Granted, I could just be missing what's going on.
If you're looking for people familiar with it, I'd look on their forums. If you're looking for someone to mess with the guts of it, you'll want to look for a PHP programmer.
