Hi To all,

Recently i am trying to do a small project which is involving editing Videos related to my research media , adding labels, date, to these videos, cut parts and add parts to it , anybody can advice me on type of software that i could use with few clicks to get the job done.

Yep, Windows Movie Maker (the one that came with XP and Vista not Windows 'Live' Movie Maker) it is amazingly powerful, the titles option can do overlays and you can use the subtitle setting to add labels and dates. Oh yeah and use 'm' to cut videos under the line thing.
Please, write clearly with proper structure. Double spacing makes the text feel un-jointed, Capitalizing Every Word Means People Stop Before Every Word Sub-Consciously Which Is A Pain In The Backside, and use code tags! (The right most styling box).
