Well,
I am 16 and (technically) still in high school (I'm home schooled), and I have some experience in software development.
Right now I am looking into some hardware programming.

I'm 14, in secondary school (what the uk call highschool) and am not home schooled. Teen developers: 3 i guess

I've been programming since I was about 12 years old or so. So that would be about 4 years.
