Hello,

Im little confused with predicate logic, i don't understand how i should thinking to find out if a sentenses is or not a predicate. For example:

x2 = 4 : I believe is predicate because whatever 2 or -2, the result is the same.

but,

"My friend John is 23 years old." : is it or not?
