What do you think about this computer. I like it because it's on touch technology and it's cheap on ebay. I'm searching for good and cheap touch computer.

It's really going to depend on what you want to do with it. My first requirement would be Linux compatibility, which it appears to have. I can see it being very nice for a graphic artist, but that wouldn't be me.

I want some computer on touch technology so I can practice programming for touch. And if it is posible to have Windows OS

Feel free to look up the model on the internet and see if it satisfies your touch technology. If the model shown online is real and it is of good shape, the touch features should work to your knowledge and you may develop for them. I would heed caution however when purchasing second hand products.

This particular pc gets a rate of 4 out of 5. It costs around 700-800 USD.
