I want to create some video editor which will:

1. Cut video into 2 seperate videos so customer can delete one of them if he wants
2. Able to disable audio from video
3. Put some audio to video
4. Change size of video
5. And after all to save that video into one of know formats like .avi

which control I should use, which sites I should look for tips
any help is important
