Hi, I have not worked with Zend before, but with the frameworks I think most of them are pretty flexible to allow you to mix procedural PHP or your own classes with the framework. Do you plan to port the old code to Zend?

It is only a framework, it provides many powerful ways to write web applications (i.e. powerful classes, structuring, AJAX, etc.) and your website cannot be "recoded" in it, only use it.
Feel free to look at some of the Zend components to see if your current web site could use any of them now or in the future:
Zend Framework: About
It is a slightly heavy framework however (you could select specific modules though)
