On a Basic Stamp 2, version 2.5, micro-controller - using the PBasic language - , is there a way to read the CPU clock?

I mean, on a Windows machine, the GetTickCount() function would be nice for that, but is there anything similar for BS2?

Anyone? Does no one know, or is that not possible?

There is the PAUSE command, which means there must be some sort of a clock on those; is there not a way to read the clock (/timer)?
