I want to implement of simple EDI in php/html/ajax
Can anyone help me ?

I am unsure if PHP would even be the language to do this, as it is relatively prone to insecurities. You would need to implement a secure protocol to transfer EDI related documents (i.e. FTPS or HTTPS) and this would likely be better done offline.
