I searched the CodePlex foundation and Google there doesn't seem one that can generate it on the server and provide link to it on the client. I TextSharp seems nice but isn't generating the template on your own a overload. Anyway i will generate a template that will be shown to user, can i not use that same html fragments to print the Pdf and send them as email too.

So isn't one there to help generate Pdf documents using html fragments
