Hey all, I'm a Junior in HS looking at programming/comp science/software eng for a major/career and deciding between it and English. Tough choice, right? :-P
But I figured it'd be best to join in with some fellow smart people and I can help y'all out and you can help me in my qualms...
Anywho I hope I have a long time here and I can learn and stuff... I'm terrified of graduating and not having a need for my skizzles though. Make me feel better? :-P
See ya around brothers-...

Welcome to CodeCall!
Try out a few languages, programming can very much be art and if you find some projects that you really enjoy writing to learn a certain language, it could certainly be a good career choice when fully trained!
What sort of software engineering were you wishing to do?
We could offer some languages if you have specific wishes (Windows programming, cross platform, gaming, etc.)
