How will this be different from ColdFusion? What features will it support? Why is the representation of the language the key feature?

it will be very simple, it will have <button> <code> tags, it will also have a designer, it will be like VB, JAVA, C# and some of flash in one big package.

Umm... Do you actually have a design for this language? Right now, it sounds like you have a very abstract goal. You have listed at least two distinct syntaxs, and at least three distinct language types so far. Also, none of the languages you mentioned is in any way simple, and all of them require a runtime library/environment (JavaVM, .NET, Flash player).

So, I get back to: What features will it support? Why is the representation of the language the key feature?

Examples of features: Generics, interfaces, no multiple-inheritance (or multiple, whichever), database libraries, compatibility with C dynamic linking libraries, interoperability with other languages, etc.
