Is a service for holiday cottages owners that allows holiday-makers to find and book holiday cotages. Holiday-makers can:
  • Request a catalogue of holiday cottages managed by the agency
  • request the availiability of a holiday cottage for a given week
  • book a cottage for the desired week
  • cancel booking

Can anyone explain me the relationships between them? (im studing UML chapter)

I think you need a use case diagram, not a class diagram.
