You can obtain the window handle for the browser in question with FindWindow() if known beforehand, or FindWindowLike() function if you do not have the exact name. Only then can you use the SetWindowText() with Text1.Text to set the appropriate title.

You will need to find documentation of these functions on the Microsoft Developer Network (MSDN,) I do not know their use off hand.
