i know how to create it but it sound like some retard...how can i manage to sound normal???

you didn't get what i want...with speaker i mean like a person not electronic...i know how to create a that like user enter some text in textbox and when he press a button, user will hear a program saying what he wrote...but that sound is retarded and i'm asking if someone knows how to make program which will sound really normal

I am unsure if this is possible as a one man task, I know AT&T has some quality text to speech voices although those cost hundreds if I recalled, there are just too many ways to pronounce words, and the English language is certainly not the most simple one.

Sorry, the OP question wasn't fully understood.
So are you looking to write your own Text to Speech processor, or a way to modify an existing Text to Speech Processor?
