i'm asked to get any existing mobile technology project and then analyze it like use case and all other diagrams so where can i find exiting project?thanks in advance

Are you looking for projects with source code available or not? For projects with source codes I suggest you to search in sourceforge.net. There are a lot of open source projects available there. If you don't need source code availability, basically you can search any download (software archive) sites to find projects match your interest.
