I am developing a project in c and I have some problems for doing this projec.
1.is it possible to extract a rar or zip file using c ? is it any open source program about this?
2. I have some strings, how can i find out is anyone of theese srtings match with the file's password?

Yes, either non-free libraries for opening rar files or such as lib7zip can do all you asked, including attempting passwords on the file during opening with the API.
