Fix Wubi's boot file

I had to format a PS3 HDD and decided to get a Linux since it didn't show that HDD on Windows. I got Wubi and successfully formated HDD but since I installed Wubi while that HDD was connected to PC, I now can't boot back to Ubuntu because it says it can't find that HDD. Here's a more detailed error.

My question is, can I fix this via Windows? Or can I type some magic commands? Last resort, if nothing can be done, is to reinstall whole thing.
A conclusion is where you got tired of thinking.
