where i can find download for that IDE but it must not be from microsoft (msdn) pages because i can't access them with no one browser (i don't know why)...so can someone help me???

Try Softpedia. Go to their website and type "Visual Studio Express Edition" in their search box. It should be the first result.

yea but it's connecting me to misrosoft page...i'm still confused why i can' go to microsoft pages with any browser
