Can not show GIF animated banner in browser.

hello
I have created some banner that have some animation. Software "Photoshop CS5" and Save as "GIF" mode. I can show the animation from my computer but when i upload them, it (http://americasnextc...ner_300x250.gif) doesn't show. What's my problem. Please help me...

Apparently, you didn't save it correctly? My browser gave the message you indicated. When I downloaded it, my image viewer said it may have been truncated or incomplete.

You may want to try saving it again and opening it locally.

I'm unsure if it is the same method of saving .GIF's in CS5 as what it is in CS3, but if you have just saved it as a regular .GIF it won't be animated.

You must go to save for web and/or devices in the file menu and save it this way for it to work correctly.
