I am illiterate to most programming and code, i recognize some html, however I have a question I am hoping someone may have an answer to a face-mash question.

I am reffering of course to the widely known creator of facebook's website facemash. I am trying to set up a website, with the exact algorythm or code as facemash where it ranks an image, not like hot-or-not style with a 1-5 ranking, but a ranking like facemash.

My question is what sort of web host should I use and what are the lines of code needed to construct this sort of system. just a way to rank two images simaltaneously, and sending the user after deciding to another 2-images. Thank you very much for those who answer in advance, and reading my terrible attempt to explain what I am trying to do/code.
