You can use the cloud brush to fix a hole in the sky...
what else reason you want!!!
Steps
1. You want to find a picture of a cloud off the internet or take your own picture.
Your choice... for this example or project i used this picture...

2. Open the picture of your cloud in Photoshop...
(Crops the main part of the cloud you want)
3. Then you want to check the image size to insure that it will be a "Brush"
(You can do this by going to Image>Image Size( Then check the Width and make sure that it is less than 2500 pixels)

4. Next you want to get rid of the blue color in the image you can do that like so...
(Image>Adjustments>Black&White> take the Blue Slider All the way to Black)

5. Now comes the deleting part your gonna use the magic wand tool to delete all the black parts of the image..(if you don't see the Magic Wand Tool you have to hold down on the quick selection tool and select Magic Wand Tool)
after your done you should get a finish product like this...

6. Now you want to go to EDIT>Define Brush Preset> and name it what ever you want
