Me and my friend are thinking of making a website,instead of coding it our self we have decided to use pre-built templates. So which one do you people recommend we should use?
what about wordpress or any like that?

Wordpress has a CMS function and many pre build templates that allow you to create pages which can function as a website, and of course has a blogging portion if you wish to use that, it really depends on what you want to do with your site.
