I'm currently in the US, and I would really like to work in another country. But from what I heard, it's hard because whoever is hiring you have to prove that they can't find someone like you in the country in order to grant you a Visa. Has anyone here work abroad? What's the process like? How did you find the job? Was it hard to get adjust to it?

PS I'm a programmer.
