I am using Microsoft Windows Vista, can I use Python? Or its only for previous versions of Microsoft Windows. Kindly give replies.

Python should run on any modern operating system, if you are looking for tutorials the beginners guide area is a great place to start:

Python even works with Win7. I use UbuntuX for programming which has on-built python support. All mac and Unix has on-built python.
