Hi everyone, I'm new here. This looks like a great forum!:)
I am making a site for a client, and they have want something that I can not find out how to do.. I am not a programmer, and I have only dabbled a bit with html and css..
My client wants a menubar as seen on this page: Carema Care - Vi erbjuder tjänster inom äldreomsorg, hemtjänst, funktionsnedsättning, särskola, psykiatri- och missbruksvård samt hushållsnära tjänster. Vi finns i hela Sverige. [NS4 version] the orange menubar that is overlaying a sideshow. I have tried to figure this out for days..
Does anyone know how to do this? It would be fantastic!
P.s, I'm using wordpress

The site you linked is using Flash. In order to get that effect you will either have to implement some fancy Java-script, or use Flash. If you're familiar with Flash it can be done pretty easily with some click and drag in the Flash IDE. For the Java-script way, if you're not a programmer you're going to want to use a library like jQuery or the GWT SDK in order to handle different browser quirks.
