Hello dear friends!
Some time ago i have downloaded free customizable forum mybb.
I have installed it successfully in my localhost.
But i couldn't find how to change its default language to my native language.
Where i can edit it from?
I mean how can i change the header picture, how can i change all language to my native, etc?
Which category should i edit it from?
Also, which other useful forums can you advise me to download?

Their website has many translations of which you can install in zip archives:
MyBB - Downloads: Translations

To learn how to install them, simply open up the zip archive with your favourite archiver and read the readme.html file, it has installation instructions. It seems the translations provide images in your native language as well, so there is no need to change the images when you install it.

To do this you actually have to go into the directory something like:

[COLOR=red]phpBBFolder[/COLOR]/styles/[COLOR=red]ThemeUrUsingFolder[/COLOR]/theme/images/

(the red text is the directory's that you will need to replace with your own)

Then there should be something like logo.png or header.png, download and edit it in Gimp or Photoshop and re-upload it.

Thanks. Well i know photoshop etc lol, but i couldnt find that directory.
Thats why i am asking.
By the way, i couldnt find my native language in the translations.
How to edit language?
What any other good, well-designed forums can you advise me?

What language are you needing? These are the only other free forums I know of.

That's my fault, I thought you said you where using phpBB, but your using myBB which probably has different directory's.

Ok man, thanks, i appreciate it. How can i edit the language? to my own? from source code? how????

Phew Im not sure, but I suppose you could edit the .php files, and change the English text to you native language but that would probably take for ever.
