Hi Folks, I'm not sure if I'm posting this to the right forum (if not please advise).

I'm trying to hunt down an open-source project, so I don't have to re-invent the wheel. I think has to exist, but I just can't find it.

The app I'm looking for would be used in a hosting operation to collect data from application servers, and load it into a CMDB.

It would collect basic information servers in the data center (RH and Win2003), as well as configurable to collect information about customer applications running on these servers. Some information I'm looking to collect:

TOT_MEM_COMMIT
TOT_SWAP_SIZE
HD PARTITION_A
HD_SIZE_A
HD_CONSUMED_A
HD PARTITION_B
HD_SIZE_B
HD_CONSUMED_B
HD PARTITION_C
HD_SIZE_C
HD_CONSUMED_C
CPU_INFO
MEM_TOT
WA
OS
OS_VERSION
HOSTNAME
HOST_IP

And app centric information, such as:
App path
App settings (from configuration xml file)
JDK Path
Apache Path
...various information on mem and cpu usage by app
----------

Does anyone know of an app that does this?
