Hi all, here I am again with a strange question. First of all, this is not a technical question, more like how do you make this easy to use for the user.

We're developing an application for administrative management of various student activities like examinations, home work, stages,...

Now one of the features we are trying to build is a document generator. For example: a school wants to generate a personalized contract for every user. In that case, they can insert a "token" which will be used to look up the data in the database.

They can design the document online using a wysiwyg editor (in this case we use CKeditor).

This is easy to create, and design. Now we have a few issues with this system.

• What if people want to generate a document for every student and all of his evaluation scores (generate a data block)? How can they easily choose fonts, columns, the ordering, filters, how the table looks?
  
• When someone pasts content from word/exel, it doesn't look a lot like it used to in word. Tables change width and other problems. Are there better compatible editors out there?

That's about the big issue. Does anyone have suggestions?
