Can some one give me commands to convert a Unicode txt files to a normal text code
in a batch file

The fact that you're downgraded the character set means this may not even be possible, depending on the characters in the Unicode file. You'll also need to use another program to do this that can perform the action through command line arguments. I don't even have a suggestion, because it seems VERY strange.
