Hey guys!

Like the title. I want to make a IP chat, so you just add the IP you want to have an conversation with and in some way he will get a message there he can choose if he want to accept the question or if he doesn't. If he choose to accept then we can start to chat with each other.

You know the msn? I want it to be pretty like that, but you don't have friends you just type in a text in a text box witch IP you want to connect to and then you can start writing.

Is here anyone who have any tutorials on this or maybe can write the program and just send me the code. If you can send me the code, please if possible make it readable. Like in parts with comments so I can understand what fore the code is written.
