Where can I download a simple graphics editor without the use OpenGL, but using qtDesigner and QPainter?

All of these graphical editors use OpenGL. Only one does not use - Painter, but it Polish. English is needed.

This might be stupid, but what's wrong with OpenGL?

Graphical editors are working with OpenGL where installed OpenGL.
