I am searching for an individual who can program in one of the following languages, PHP or Ruby on Rails. I have a project that requires the creation of front end and back end. I prefer for the programmer to also be a skilled web designer, however I would still consider hiring someone who is strictly a programmer only and I could later outsource the web design. If the programmer does not create the web design, he or she will be required to integrate the web design I provided them into the back end they created.

Project details will only be given to individuals who contact me as I do not want to publicly share information. I do not accept hourly rates, after you receive the features and we discuss the project you can give me the total cost for the project.

I would like for the latest technologies to be used, and I am a firm believer in clean coding. I may not be a programmer, but I know messy coding when I see one.

This project is suitable for students, recent graduates, and experienced programmers. This project falls under the “User Generated Content” niche.
