I want to create a sidebar for my website of "email list" like attachment. I'm a learner of PHP and want to be a expert on it. This is my urgent work. Please help me.

Your attachment is talking about wanting to remove host server branding, and doesn't appear to have an email list, so it's very unclear what you want. Do you know how to use DIV tags to create sidebars?

That looks like something that uses an AJAX call to submit the request. You'll need a server-side script to receive the request and process it.
