I very much like the theme and very clean, it is pretty neat you also are trying to sponsor developers. Keep up the work!

First, I love the name of the site ... :thumbup1:
The design of the site is clean and neat ... another :thumbup1:
However, personally I am not a fan of 2 right sidebars layout. But it would be better for me if the width of the main content is distinctively wider than the sidebars, or add some pale background color to the sidebars/main content to make the focus of the page stand out more.
