I've done my research and it seems that phpBB is the best place to have a free forum and still have your own domain since dreamweaver can't make forums. For one, I would just like to verify this fact, if anyone knows a better I would love to hear what and why. Also when I try to install phpBB it comes up with something talking about thank you for trying winzip which is $30. Does anyone know how to get past this and into the download for free?

Congrats for your finding and good luck with your forum. Me too finding phpBB is a good free web forum software. So far I have never met any problem with it (however my demand is not too high, since it was only to support my freeware). If you still wanna look or just to compare features, maybe this wikipedia article is interesting.

You can avoid the "thank you for trying winzip" problem by using other unzipping tool. Currently there are a lot of freeware that can help you with it. PeaZip and ZipGenius to name some. Even Windows Explorer from Windows XP and above is capable to open zip files. Just try to right click and select Open With > Windows Explorer.

Cheers!
