I know its a bit late, but happy new year all! I think our friends in samoa are feeling it the worst right now...Anywho! I'm on another board and this thread was fun, so lets see what you all say!

What are your new years resolutions? Do you have a goal, or have you completed something your proud of in 2010 that is noteworthy?

Post it here!

My Resolution: Get better at coding and get back into school!

I never do New Year's resolutions. I find that if I really want to do something, making it an NYR doesn't help, and if I make an NYR just cause, it's likely to be dumped within a week or two.

That's depressing WP. I find it easier to keep my resolutions if you write a plan on how to get there.

For instance, If I wanted to learn a few new languages or get better at the ones I know I wouldn't just leave it at that but get a plan on how to do it. Figure out what languages I want to learn and figure out how fast I'd need to learn each one in order to accomplish it.

I however did not make any either I have a list of goals I keep updated, however they haven't been synced with the beginning of ending of a year for a while now.

I am planning to start lifting weights, and work on learning several languages this year :)

I think buying a P90x is my resolution, not enough time to go out and train.

well its not really a new years resolution because I have been working on it before new years but i am trying to get down to 230 lbs, i guess I can count it as a resolution thou as it will probably take me the better part of a year to drop that much weight.

Oh and get a programming job, If i don't get one this year i'm moving to cali and becoming a beach bum.

@CommittedC0der: You mean you're going to do it again? I'm going to do that too. I have ~6 weeks left! What's your favorite module?
