I work for a chinese company which is interested in creating a business
management software. The next year I will be assigned to assist the
creation of this software. The problem is how to convert the company's
ideas into a functional program. I know the ideas but I can't explain it to
a programmer or computer. I hope to find an experienced indian
projectprogrammer who can help Me realise these ideas together with Me.
Our company will provide a competitive salary.
If you are engaged by this idea of stearing a project and up for the
challenge please feel free to contact me,

Hello and welcome aboard!
This is an interesting project. Personally I have been involved with several projects related with business management, like accounting, payroll, customer/supplier relationship management, etc. If you don't have the expertise to build project requirements/specifications yourself, I can help you with that. Usually we start by your short description of the project and then we identifying major use cases.
Since I believe the project would be a long run, I strongly suggest you to learn some UML (unified modeling language) and use it to help communication. Some UML tools provide some important software management features, like bug recording and tracking, tasks assignment, and test document generation.
