I just started using Python and the only thing I know how to do is make formulas.
What should I start studying? (Java, c++, etc..) I'm really clueless but I'm interested in getting to learn this. I'm in junior high btw

Welcome aboard!
I would probably start by learning more about Python. Hopping between languages is likely to result in you being unsure how any of them work, what the differences are, etc.

I'm not sure if there's about visual basic and .net tutorials in here but I would like to learn more with Java's GUI programming.

I am starting with Python too and my husband's advice is to read the documentation. He said it is a very well-written documentation for learning to use the language. I am having a difficult time really getting into programming but since you are young, perhaps you would do better than me! :-)
