Anything that provides all of those will allow a VERY low monthly bandwidth and/or unreliable uptime. How are you defining "good"? Why do you need it?

its going to be a site for a business but it has some reminder system in place (hence needing the cron jobs and php mail). Also it does need good uptime and speed.

The closest i have gotten to what i need is .000webhost.com but its really slow.

Any ideas?

If you want to host a corporate website, you REALLY want a paid site. You can find some for a very modest price, but if your company takes off, you will be embarrassed by downtime when you run out of bandwidth on your free host.

You just need to understand that many of the features you listed are not what free hosts were designed for, and why they are in business today. If you wish for your own domain name and features such as cron jobs and your own settings or mail configuration you will need to get a paid host. Paid hosts can go for $4.95 per month for example.

Another option is to use one of your business' computers as your web host, which will give you whatever features you need, based on what you've installed.

Well, currently I'm using free webhosting service....
The disk space and bandwidth is enough and very large as compared with other free webhosts..
But the problem is that, some features are not supported in free web hosting...
And I'm thinking for paid hosting now...
:c-^_^:

You should be careful, first you don't need huge amounts a modest 500MB with 25GBs of bandwidth will do providing they have really big plans as well (when you grow fast its good to be ready! and changing host is slow and painful). Also uptime should be good not because you need it but because it generally marks the host overall, if they have a large diesel generator, UPS and large amounts of fuel their not going to be pathetic (e.g. suddenly suspending your site in the name of some stupid reason to free up some resources).

Honestly hosting isn't expensive!
Please, write clearly with proper structure. Double spacing makes the text feel un-jointed, Capitalizing Every Word Means People Stop Before Every Word Sub-Consciously Which Is A Pain In The Backside, and use code tags! (The right most styling box).

Like others have said ... good and free don't really go together in the hosting space. FutureQuest is a good host that has a cheap plan that still provides mySQL and PHP. HostGator I know is highly regarded also.

I recommend you x10hosting.com...
It has all the features you need, and it's a great hosting which has been open for more than 5 years, so they are reliable.
