Hey guy's,
I was wondering, what's the legal policy on selling a refurbished computer with a reinstalled OS on it. I've heard that if it has the sticker, you may sell it with that OS. Is this true?

Refer to the EULA of the operating system you have reinstalled. A draft for Windows based operating systems:
