Which One is Best Tool for Java Programming. ???

I am New For java..I want a tool like Visual Studio ...

Less Programming More Drag and Drop..I m Currently Using Eclipse...I have to do lots of programming over there.. i want a GUI based Tool for java ..Please Help Me out..!!!

I don't think there are any for Java. If you want to learn a higher tier programming language with Visual Studio you should try Visual C# Visual C# Developer Center

Try netbeans, I know that you can start a project, right click on the source and you have options for JFrame and JPanel forms which are drag and drop. I dont know how they exactly work though, never tried. I think eclipse would have the same feature though.

I would suggest if you are new to a language, the best way to master it is to actually write programs with the language, as opposed to relying of GUI based drag and drop. you
can do those when you have got grasp of the basics.
