Hey there,

I was wondering what I would need to learn in order to build a tipping programe for my website for example; there would need to be updated race meetings every day, updated race odds from bookmakers, a system were members can place a bet on their selection and an area to record their results like ROI, win percentage etc

a good example of this is Free Bets | Free Tips | OLBG, check out their system!

Would anyone know how much it would roughly cost to build and any genuine programmers who can do it?
