I am new to this forum so I hope you will able to help me

I want to put web site underconstruction on my domain holding front page
For 3 weeks why I find a web designer to do my new site

Can anyone help me and tell me the php code in how to do this with my email link at the end so new customers can still get hold of me by email but I'm bit of a dummy when it comes to php code and where it needs to be put on my email account some where or in my hosting page somewhere?

An under construction page don't need any php, it only needs html :-)
