Wait, are you wanting to use Java to create programs for doing cloud computing, or do you have an existing software that you want to somehow modify with Java?

My understanding of your question so far is "I want to do something related to cloud computing using Java". That's about as precise as saying "I want to do something with a database and Java", and far less precise than "I want to do something with a game and Java". We can't help you without more details.
