Hi all,

I've Googled a lot, and found a few resources on this topic, but I'm wondering what people have found to be the best (read: most reliable, not insane to implement).

Basically, take a PDF form (with form fields added to it already) - and through an HTML/PHP form, fill this PDF and bring it up for download to the user.
