I'm currently working on a program that will query the WMI interface of a computer on the network (plus a little bit in Active Directory)
It gathers information such as:
Computer info (Device Name, RAM, OS, CPU, Serial from BIOS, etc)
Network Info (SSID, IP, MAC, adapter)
User info (from AD- name, phone, address, profile directory)
Monitor info (serial, type, etc)
Plus has extra things, like remote reboot, etc.
It is currently in progress, but is being stored on Google Code:
RemoteWMIInfo
Also included is a dll (source is included) that has useful network functions, such as:
Move a pc to another OU
Rename PC
Get OU of PC
Active Directory functions
etc...
Like I said, it is in progress, however feel free to download the source code. For some it may be a nice resource for certain network functions for AD, and for WMI (I know WMI took me a bit of getting used to for coding)

Programmer (n): An organism that can turn caffeine into code.
Programming would be so much easier without all the users.
