how can i access installed softwares like converte,players through java in windows family

You'll have to clarify what you mean. On what OS? Installed in what manner?

If you mean "typical" software like Microsoft Word, Excel, or "accessing" PDF, etc., etc., files then you will have to download additional libraries that work with these programs.
If you are planning to redistribute and sell your software you may have to create your own libraries depending on licenses.
