I want to buy new PC to run Matlab on it ?
Is it good system:
CPU:E5500 intel
MB:Gigabyte G41 Combo
RAM : 2GB DRR2
Power: 800W (Not important)
HDD: 500 GB (SATA2)
DVD-RW 24X LG
VGA is onboard X4500 ?
Do you think this pc answer me?

Your processor was top of the line not too many years ago, 2Gbs is more than enough to run Windows on top of heavy visualization software so matlab will be fine on that.

Just I am worried about on board VGA(Just I want to use it for programming and Matlab not for gaming). Do you think this Mainboard answer me?

The Intel X4500 onboard graphics chipset is not bad at all (supports HD, fair rendering). Most of your rendering in Matlab will have to do with the CPU, and a dual core will be speedy.

I want to use matlab for signal processing.
Some people recommend me AMD but I think Intel is good.
